How much does it cost?
Our prices are on this page and they're fixed. Send two photos on WhatsApp and we'll confirm your price before we book. The minimum visit is £60.
How long does it take to dry?
Usually a few hours. Thicker carpets and cushions can take longer. Opening a window or putting the heating on speeds it up, and we'll give you aftercare tips on the day.
Do I need to move furniture?
Please clear small items, toys and anything fragile. We'll work around big furniture, or move light pieces with you.
Will every stain come out?
We'll get out as much as the fabric safely allows, and we'll tell you honestly before we start if a stain might not shift completely. Some old stains, dyes and damage can't be fully removed.
Are you insured?
Ask us and we'll tell you about our cover before you book.
How do I pay?
On the day, once the job is done and you're happy. Bank transfer or cash.
